Financial Information
Our methods of payment are cash, check, Mastercard or Visa to be paid at the time services are rendered. We do offer a 90 day payment plan for surgical treatment which requires a 50% deposit the day of surgery. Any arrangements needed outside of these guidelines must be communicated with our financial coordinator.
We are happy to assist you in billing your insurance plan electronically, so please be prepared to provide us with the most up to date insurance information. We truly strive to be as knowledgeable as possible about your specific dental plan. Spending the time to become informed about YOUR personal dental plan before your first visit, allows us to better serve you. Please consider doing so.
We ask you to understand that your dental bill is ultimately your responsibility to pay.
